Overview

What is OneTwo Kanban?

A Kanban board and a bug tracker in one app.

The issue

One issue, everything attached

A title is enough. Add the rest when you need it.

  • Type, priority, severityFrom bug to test task.
  • Bug analysisSteps, expectation, result, version and build.
  • Acceptance criteriaWith reviewer, note and progress.
  • Comments and attachmentsEverything on the issue, nothing scattered.
The board

From Open to Closed

Every issue is a card, every column a step. Tap the points in the picture.

OneTwo Kanban on the iPad: sidebar with projects, quick filters and a board with four columns

1. Projects and folders

The sidebar groups projects into folders, with the overview on top.

2. Quick filters

One tap shows only bugs, high priority, blocked or due items, or one person.

3. Columns with a count

Each column shows how much it holds. With a WIP limit it reads “2 of 3”.

4. Card with the essentials

Due date, processing time, subtasks, tags and color mark.

5. Blocked

A lock shows that another issue has to be finished first.

6. Search

Searches titles, comments, subtasks and attachments.

  • Tap a quick filter, such as “Bugs”
  • Create a new issue
  • Close an issue (checkmark or the Closed column)
  • Switch to the list and back to the board
Done! That’s what OneTwo Kanban feels like every day.

In Progress has a WIP limit of 3 here. A fourth card triggers a warning.

Frequently asked questions

?Who is OneTwo Kanban for?

For one person on their own devices: software projects, support, client work or renovation. There are no team features and no shared editing.

?I don’t know Kanban. Is the app still for me?

Yes. Columns show the stage, cards show the work. New items land in Open, and you drag them to the right as things progress.

?What does WIP mean?

“Work in progress”: how many issues a column should hold at once. Above that, the app warns you or asks for a reason. It never blocks you.

?What happens when I close an issue?

The app asks for the resolution, such as Fixed, Duplicate or Not a Bug, and sets remaining work to 0. After a while the card leaves the board but stays in Completed and in search.

?How is it different from OneTwo Todo?

OneTwo Todo is a to-do app. OneTwo Kanban is built for projects: custom columns, WIP limits, issue numbers, bug analysis, releases and sprints.

?When will the app be released?

There is no exact date yet. This page will be updated as soon as OneTwo Kanban is in the App Store.
