For iPhone, iPad & Mac
OneTwo Todo is a to-do app and a Kanban or Scrum-style board at the same time. Keep tasks as a list, or lay them out as cards on a board with statuses like Open, In Progress and In Review. Due dates, subtasks, a comment history, links and attachments hang on every task. Just as good for a grocery list as for your working day: in Settings you configure the app to your needs, from a simple task list to a full working tool. Local or with iCloud, one price for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
A to-do app for iPhone, iPad and Mac that is also a Kanban or Scrum-style board. You decide how much of it you use.
Collect, organize and check off tasks, with lists, Inbox, due dates, reminders and My Day.
Every task is a card with a status. You move it from Open through In Progress and In Review to Done, just like on a Kanban or Scrum board, only for you alone and without a server.
Grocery list, household, freelancing, software development, company: you switch many features on or off in Settings. The app becomes as simple or as powerful as you need it.
Due date, subtasks, links and attachments hang right on the task. You see at a glance what belongs to it.
More than a checklist: just as good for a grocery list as for your working day.
Show a single list as a classic to-do list or as a board by status, similar to Kanban. More in the “The board” section further down.
Each morning, pick exactly the tasks that matter today. Everything else stays in its list and out of your way.
The Inbox catches every thought instantly. File it into the right list when you have a moment.
Due date and reminder are set separately. Subtasks keep track of the individual steps and can be turned on in Settings.
Files, photos, document scans, text scans (as a text file) and your own sketches sit right on the task. Add links to websites with a title of your own, too: tap the title on the task to open the page in your default browser. Scan and sketch are available on iPhone and iPad. You turn attachments and links on in Settings.
Write as many comments on a task as you like, each with date and time. The newest is on top, so the state of things reads like a history. On the task you see the first characters, and a tap shows the whole comment. “View” opens all comments in one window with search. Editing, copying and deleting work everywhere, and everything syncs through iCloud.
Search covers titles, comments, tags, link titles, subtasks and the names of attachments. Free tags and color tags help you organize.
Add tasks, complete them or add them to My Day with Siri or Shortcuts. Widgets show My Day, tasks due next or a list of your choice, also on the Lock Screen.
Export as PDF, text, Markdown or JSON. You can also create a full backup including all attachments. Your data belongs to you.
Pin, sort, move and copy tasks, and edit several at once. Undo and redo, a Trash with restore, and a sound when completing a task that you can turn off.
Everything you need to finish a task hangs on the task itself. You see it right on the card, without leaving the list.
You switch each of these properties, except comments (they are always there), on or off under Settings › Features › Advanced Properties. The app adapts to you, not the other way round.
This is the core of OneTwo Todo. Every task is a card with a status. You move it from column to column, from first idea through “In Progress” and “In Review” to “Done”. That keeps your working day in view, without setting up a project tool that everyone else has to use too.
However many lists you create, the sidebar answers the most important questions with one tap.
Status, tags, color tags, subtasks, attachments, links and processing time are off at first. You turn them on under Settings › Features › Advanced Properties when you need them.
The demo runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
Pick an example: private, freelancer, developer or company. Each shows different tasks on the same board. A simulation with fictional tasks. Tick things off, plan My Day and move cards across the board from column to column.
On the board you drag cards with mouse or finger, or tap the arrow. In the app you unlock the board under Settings › Features › Advanced Properties by turning on “Status”. The demo is heavily simplified: the app’s board has four columns (Open, In Progress, In Review, Done) and works only inside a single list. “My Day” and “Important” are not filters above the list there, but views in the sidebar.
Many companies do not allow cloud services, and not everyone wants to move their tasks off the device. OneTwo Todo therefore works in two ways.
All tasks stay on the device. No account, no cloud, no connection needed. On the Mac you can use an encrypted file instead of iCloud, for example on a USB stick or network drive.
If you want it: iPhone, iPad and Mac stay on the same page through your private iCloud. The developer has no access. You can switch syncing on and off at any time.
One purchase for 2.99 EUR covers iPhone, iPad and Mac. No subscription, no in-app purchases.
Export as PDF, text, Markdown or JSON. A complete backup including all attachments is also possible.
Every change is saved on your device first, so the app keeps working without a connection. Your private iCloud keeps iPhone, iPad and Mac on the same page. If the same detail of a task was changed differently on two devices, the newer version doesn’t simply win. Try it (simplified view; in the app the versions are labeled “This device” and “Other device”):
Your tasks live on the device first. Without a network you keep working as usual.
Sync runs through your private iCloud. The developer has no access and runs no server of their own.
You turn iCloud sync on and off in Settings.
Requires iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 or macOS 15 or later. The iPhone block shows the base set. For iPad and Mac it lists what each adds and what is missing.

There is no analytics. Your tasks stay on your devices and, if you like, in your private iCloud.
The app opens with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode and locks itself after a time you choose. If you like, your own master password adds protection. In the app switcher your tasks stay hidden.
If you like, notifications and widgets show only a general message without task titles, for example on the Lock Screen.
Everything else is in the privacy policy.

Open Settings › Features › Advanced Properties and turn on “Status”. An icon then appears in the toolbar of a single list that switches between list and board. On the board you drag cards into the next status column.

Yes. Every change is saved on the device first. Only iCloud sync needs a connection.
If you changed the same detail of a task differently on two devices, the newer version doesn’t simply win. The conflict center shows both versions side by side and you decide. Nothing is silently overwritten. Changes to different details of the same task, for example the title on one device and the due date on the other, are merged instead.
Document scan, text scan, camera and sketch are available on iPhone and iPad. On the Mac you attach files or photos from the photo library. What you scan or sketch on your iPhone also shows up on the Mac via iCloud.
Yes. In the details of a task you find the “Comments” section right below the subtasks. Each comment gets the date and time when you save it and can have up to 1,024 characters; the newest is on top. On the task you see the first 256 characters of each comment, a tap shows the whole comment, and “Edit” changes it. The “View” button opens all comments in one window where you can search, add, edit and delete. Comments sync through iCloud and are part of every backup. A note from an earlier version becomes the first comment.
Yes. Turn on “Links” under Settings › Features › Advanced Properties. In a task’s details you can then add up to 20 websites under “Links”, each with a title. In the list and on the board the titles appear as small bubbles on the task; a tap opens the page in your default browser. You also find all links in the task’s context menu under “Links”. They sync via iCloud and are part of every backup.
Yes, as PDF, text, Markdown or JSON. There is also a full backup including all attachments. Exports are ordinary files that you keep yourself.
